Return/Exchange

For all products purchased from INTLCOSMETIC Shop, your pleasure is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not quite pleased with your order—for example, the product does not live up to your expectations—you can return or exchange it.

• Upon delivery, one or more items were discovered to be broken or flawed.

• The wrong item was provided.

• The item or items that are delivered differ from the online description

• A product or items from the original order were missing from delivery

You have five days from the time you get your order to return or exchange it, provided the item complies with our return policies.

*The following terms and conditions must be followed by all returned items:

• The item or items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

• Every item must be in its original, undamaged packaging; • Any item(s) must be accompanied by documentation attesting to the purchase, such as a tax invoice or receipt.
• All other items in the set, pack, or bundle that were purchased with the item(s) must also be returned.
If you would like a refund, we'll give you store credit or your entire return, including the delivery fee, using the original payment method.
If an item is still in stock, you may request an exchange for the same item or for a different item of equal value to the one you originally purchased.

How can I exchange or return my products?


You can start the return request process by sending us an email at contact@intlcosmetic.com.
We will pick up the item from your location after receiving your return or exchange request, and we'll conduct the refund or exchange within a day. An email confirming the processing of your return or exchange will be sent to you.
